Information Collected

If you submit the Start Project discovery form, I collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, company details, website URL, role, requested services, project goals, technical context, timeline, budget range, preferred next step, and other notes you choose to include. If you join the product notification list, I collect the email address you provide.

The site may also record technical details such as IP address, browser user agent, timestamps, and form activity needed for spam prevention, rate limiting, abuse detection, and basic site operation. Inquiry submissions may also be stored in structured form data fields for project triage and response workflow.

How Information Is Used

I use submitted information to respond to project inquiries, send inquiry confirmations, prioritize and scope project requests, manage product launch notifications, maintain business records, improve site reliability, and protect the forms from automated abuse.

I do not sell personal information. I do not use submitted form information for third-party advertising or ad retargeting.

Cookies

This website uses a necessary PHP session cookie to support form security, CSRF protection, timing validation, and one-time form status messages. This cookie is used for site security and does not track you across other websites.

The site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or marketing tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and any required consent controls will be added.

Third-Party Services

This site uses Mailgun to send website inquiry and notification emails. Your submitted email address and inquiry details may be processed by Mailgun so those emails can be delivered.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may make requests to Google when loading those font files. Hosting, database, DNS, and security providers may also process technical data as needed to operate the website.

Retention

Product notification email addresses are kept until they are no longer needed or until you ask to be removed. Project inquiry records (including structured discovery-form details) may be kept as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, keep records, and resolve issues.

Security logs and rate-limiting records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Your Choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or to be removed from product notifications, by emailing thebeardedcoderco@gmail.com.

Security

I use reasonable technical safeguards, including secure form tokens, rate limiting, protected configuration files, and limited access to submitted information. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for business and professional inquiries. It is not directed to children under 13.
